William Taylor
William Taylor is the founder and owner of Taylor Law Group and leads the firm in providing comprehensive legal services. A native of Albemarle, North Carolina, he earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard University, a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. William also served four years in the Army National Guard, including service as a tank commander in the Iraq War.
Jack Barnes
Jack Barnes represents clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters. He earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Jack takes pride in delivering trusted guidance and strong advocacy for every client.

Erin Basinger
Erin Basinger focuses her practice on litigation, estate administration, and a variety of other legal matters. She earned her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University and her Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law. Erin is committed to guiding clients through complex legal challenges with skill and care.
Andrew Cave
Andrew Cave represents clients in a wide range of legal matters. He earned his undergraduate degree from UNC-Charlotte and his law degree from Campbell University School of Law. Before practicing law, Andrew served as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. He also serves his community as an elected member of the Stanfield, NC Town Council.
Dennis A. Breen
Dennis A. Breen is an experienced civil litigator with nearly four decades of trial practice in both state and federal courts. A native of Brooklyn, New York, he earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Brockport, a master’s degree in teaching from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. Before relocating to North Carolina in 2019, Dennis practiced law in New York City for 39 years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants and gaining extensive trial experience. He has also written on legal topics and continues to share his knowledge through teaching paralegal studies at the community college level.
Samantha Kelley
Samantha Kelley is a litigator with extensive experience in civil and criminal matters throughout North Carolina. Before joining the firm, she served as supervising attorney for a major foreclosure firm, managing cases across all 100 counties in the state. Samantha is committed to providing clients with honest advice and effective advocacy.
Luke Marshall
Luke Marshall assists clients with a variety of legal issues, providing thoughtful and effective representation. He received his undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law. Luke is dedicated to helping clients navigate their legal matters with confidence.
Kimberly Osborne
Kimberly Osborne assists clients with a variety of legal matters and also serves as the firm’s intake attorney, providing an informed first point of contact for prospective clients. She earned both her undergraduate degree and her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky. Kimberly is dedicated to ensuring clients feel heard and supported from the start.
